Trash & Recycle Bin Enforcement
The Association will continue to stress that all residents not have trash or recycle bins viewable from the street while stored. To this effort, enforcement will be done through a fine system, and all other legal authority provided by the governing documents. The Association recommends that you mark your bins with your address in a professional manner. Stickers can be purchased at your local hardware store. If your neighbor is storing their bins on your property, it is your obligation to ask them to remove the bins as they are trespassing on your property. The Association will have to send the fine letter to the property that contains the bins. We are aware of the zero lot line and that gates are on the opposite side of the zero lot line.
